Shipping Policy

Free delivery above SG$100
A nominal delivery fee of SG$10 would be applicable for POS consumable purchases below SG$100 (excluding GST).
Delivery is between 2 - 3 working days of order placement.
If urgent delivery is required kindly select 'Express Delivery' upon check out, S$15 is charged for next day deliveries .
Deliveries are between Monday to Friday from between 10am to 6pm, there are no weekend deliveries offered at this point in time.
Orders placed after 5pm would be processed the following day, therein the delivery time frame would be delayed by a day.
Our team will inform you once your delivery has been scheduled via text,/whatsapp if there are changes kindly respond to the message If the delivery is unsuccessful, charges would entail for re-delivery.
In-store pick up is not available.

Once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed, if you have placed an incorrect order kindly reach out to us via the chat option, please reach out to us within 2 hours of order placement to revert with a resolution.
All products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange is only permitted under special circumstances and reviewed on case by case basis. Kindly reach out to us if there are issues with the quality of the product or incorrect size has been ordered.
If an incorrect order (Size/Quantity of product) is placed, an exchange fee of S$20 before GST would entail for collection & re-delivery.
All products must be returned in their original packing, we reserve the right to decline exchange if the packing has been tampered,
